Soups, Stocks and Stews Workshop

Friday February 7th 6-8 pm

Join us for our Soups, Stocks and Stews workshop to learn how to create delicious homemade soup, stew and stocks yourself. Once you learn how to make this homemade chicken stock, you’ll be hooked for life. Soups are a fabulous way to enjoy fresh and local products, and to help utilize the every part of food.

In this workshop we will cover the basics of making various types of stocks and bone broths and cream soup from scratch; All used to make delicious soups at home. You will learn different techniques and methods to make scratch made soups to warm your soul through the winter season.

The workshop will involve instructional demos, hands on activities, a light dinner and samples through workshop.  All guests will take home  different samples (stock, stew and soup), and take home recipes.

The cost is $90 (not including HST)
