Want us to brine your meat for you? Our FREE Courtesy Brine is a complimentary service we offer because we love our loyal customers and want you to have the best smoked meat success! Each brine requires 7 days to prepare, so please plan ahead.
Our Brisket & Pork Belly are available for pick-up, any day of the week!
Each Brisket & Pork Belly order require a $10 deposit to secure, and will be paid in full once the final weight is priced upon pick-up. The $10 deposit will be subtracted from your order total upon check-out on your selected pick up day.
All meat is uncooked; and must be prepared at home. Our butcher shop team is happy to provide their best smoked meat tips upon pick-up!
Beef Brisket
$11.50/lb (4lb minimum)
Request your desired weight and we will cut your selection as close as possible. We cannot guarantee exact cuts; final weight will vary slightly.

The Fine Print
- Our Butcher Shop Pre-Orders are made-to-order, and therefore, all sales are final.
- All meat is uncooked, and must be prepared before consuming.
- All orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to your pick up date for our regular cuts. Any orders for our Brined Brisket & Pork Belly must be placed at least 7 days prior to your pick up date.
- Each order requires a $10 online deposit to secure, and will be paid in full once the final weight is priced upon pick-up. The $10 deposit will be subtracted from your order total upon check-out on your selected pick up day.
